What do I need to know about group coaching?

  • What is group coaching?

    In our group coaching program you will work in a class of no more than 12 people to learn, practice, share, and ask questions. Group coaching allows all of the participants to have a shared experience of learning and grow beyond basic one-to-one coaching.

  • Is there instruction in a group coaching program?

    Of our 12 session, approximately half will be instruction and practice in the form of masterclasses and the remainder will be group coaching where you can seek help to practice the techniques we have been learning or other issues you encounter in your organization.

  • What do I need to do to prepare for the program?

    Mindset:
    - Ability to be clear of distractions with a calm quiet place to participate.
    - Willingness and time to put in the work outside the weekly group sessions.
    - Interest in setting aside pre-conceived ideas and opening mind to new techniques.

    Technology:
    - Camera, microphone, computer, appropriate internet bandwidth.
    - Mobile phone with data plan for activity check-in when away from computer.
    - Basic understanding of online tools or willingness to take extra time to learn.

  • How is the 12-week journey presented?

    All content is posted on the Thinkific dashboard. All Zoom sessions are recorded and posted to the dashboard as well. In addition, we have an online support community to share and ask questions.

  • What is the day/time for the class?

    Because we have participants from across the globe, once we have a minimum of 8 people registered we will decide on the day and time that works best for the time zones involved. This is why we collect your location information when you register.

  • What if I want 1-to-1 coaching?

    We offer a limited number of 1-to-1 VIP coaching sessions each quarter for which members must pre-qualify based on their goals and where they are on their journeys. The VIP coaching packages are for 12 hours over 4 months.

  • Is there a bundle discount if I want to enroll in more than one journey?

    Yes. Please contact us at info@agilityforall.com for details. Likewise we offer a bundle discount if multiple people in one organization enroll.

  • Can I get a refund if I don't like it?

    If after 4-sessions you discover that this program is not for you, you can get a 50% refund.
